Annas Rocky Road

Rocky Road can be varied endlessly and combines sweet, salty in different textures. Here we have used Annas Original Gingerbread Cookies, cranberries, and other goodies. Perfect for Christmas.

15 Anna's Original Gingerbread Cookies
300 g of white (or milk) chocolate
100ml mini marshmallows
100ml l salted and roasted macadamia nuts
100ml  salted and roasted pistachio nuts
100ml  dried cranberries

Decoration
Save some gingerbread cookies, cranberries, marshmallows, and nuts for decoration

Instructions
1. Melt the chocolate on low power in the microwave or on low heat on the stove. Stir until everything is melted.
2. Coarsely chop the nuts and gingerbread cookies and add to the melted chocolate.
3. Add cranberries and marshmallows to the chocolate mixture.
4. Place parchment paper in a mold about 15-25 cm and spread out the chocolate mixture.
5. Decorate with marshmallows, cranberries, nuts, and whole gingerbread cookies on top. Let set in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
6. Heat a knife in warm water and cut the set chocolate mixture into smaller pieces.
