Gingerbread trifle with strawberries
A lovely and fresh strawberry dessert that is easy to make for many guests and can be made in advance.
For 4-6 people
Cooking time:15 min
20 gingerbread cookies (Annas Original)
250 ml whipped vanilla cream
1 liter fresh strawberries
1. Whip the heavy cream and add vanilla to it. Crush the gingerbread cookies into coarse crumbs and cut strawberries into smaller pieces.
2. Layer all ingredients in serving glasses. Top with gingerbread crumbs and fresh berries. Ready to serve!
